Seminar addressed to advanced and PhD students “Global Fiscal Governance and Democracy: The UN and EU Framework” – 13 March 2026, Pisa
During the Seminar, the Coordinator of Jean Monnet Module ExTraEUDem, Prof. Francesca Martines, will deliver a speech entitled “Il principio No taxation without representation nell’Unione europea: competenza fiscale, rappresentanza e partecipazione nel sistema dei Trattati”, focused on the relationship between fiscal competence, democratic representation and participation within the institutional system of the European Union.
